about creating a space to gather and learn. A space where exceptional spirits, great conversation, local history, and genuine hospitality all come together.

Sioux City Distilling Company is more than a distillery. It’s an opportunity to celebrate the people, stories, and entrepreneurial spirit that have shaped our community for generations. Every bottle we produce reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, education, and our community. We source locally grown grains that showcase our region and cultivate our juniper from the surrounding Loess Hills.

I’m incredibly proud to bring Sioux City’s first licensed distillery to the community I call home. My hope is that whether you’re an experienced spirit enthusiast, a curious first-time visitor, or simply looking for a memorable place to gather with family and friends, you’ll find something here that inspires you.

This isn’t just about making great spirits. It’s about creating experiences, preserving history, supporting local agriculture, and giving Siouxland a destination it can proudly call its own.

The quality of the building, furnihings, stylish interiors, service, and beverages is truly world class.  I referred other Chicago friends (in twon for a reunion) who went the next day and came back with their own rave reviews. Wejust wish you could easily find video of the completed project on line.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went to SCDC for a wedding with a friend. It's a gorgeous space with rustic decor. Per the Bartender...they are not Distilling Spirits yet because of all the permits and licenses needed to start the Distilling process. They are doing weddings and receptions...not sure if the food was brought in or cooked on site but it was delicious either way. Once this establishment gets going...I believe it will be successful but they must Advertise to let the Siouxland community know that it is there.
